Refund policy

Returns/Exchanges:
You may return your purchase within 30 days for in-store credit or in exchange for another piece(s). 

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. 

Shipping:
To return your product, you should ship your product to: Metal Art Studio, 978 Cherry Street SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is being returned due to a defect. Please email us (shop@metalartstudioinc.com) if you are returning a product due to a defect and we will issue you a shipping label. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
